INBOUND CUSTOMERS SUPPORT CALL PROCESS AVAILABLE WITH BANK SECURITY

Hi centers,

We are looking for established centers with excellent command over English to handle inbound customer support calls for our campaign.

This process is related to Mixed Martial Arts promoting Global Domination series 2017-2021 , calls 
will be related to clients support for " ticketing , video streaming support , merchandising program etc.

BASIC REQUIREMENT AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :-

The Client is looking at 10 seats per slot with 2 superior staff(supervisor and Team Leaders). payouts shall be $10 per hour per login for voice and $14 per hour per login for senior staff. 10+2 seats shall be equivalent to one slot.

Training shall be onsite and any advances for operations shall be calculated on your company credentials or maturity.

There shall be extensive assessment for the agents who shall be on the process.

Operational Timings shall be exclusively EST.

Infrastructure Required is as below:

.Intel Quad core xeon processor 2.4Ghz (or)2.2Ghz

2.8 Gb RAM

3.500GB SATA HDD(Segate/or Compatible)

4.500Watts SMPS

5. All systems Pentium V

6. No optical drives

7. Windows Applications

8. Redundancy Plan must be available/Disaster Management Principles and structure.
