Inbound Logistic Call support process available with ADVANCE PAYMENT.

Hi centers,

We are looking for channel partners for our International Logistic Inbound call support process. We are mentioning some details of the process below.

A leading logistics company is looking for centres who can handle the calls from their existing and new clients for their service. The calls queries would include delivery status of the cargo, current location of the trucks, expected time of delivery etc. The centre will be handling B2C queries. After successful completion of 6 months, the B2B lines will also be opened for the centre.
1. The contract would be for 3 years initially extendable for another 5 years.
2. Pay-out would be USD 10 per hour per agent
3. Payment mode will be monthly paid advance every month within 10th of every month.
4. Process 16*7*365
5. Minimum seats required: 15 seats.
6. Call handling time : 9AM to 1 AM.
