CENTER CAN GET 5 MORE SEATS AFTER 15 DAYS OF GOING LIVE IF THEY PERFORM WELL. SOLVE QUERIES FOR WINDOWS, MAC, INTERNET ISSUES, ANTI VIRUS RELATED ISSUES. NO HARDWARE RELATED ISSUE CALLS WILL BE ROUTED.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-

1>LOGIN TIMINGS 10PM TO 6AM (IST) 5 DAYS A WEEK

2>PAYOUT $8 PER HOUR-PER AGENT

3>PROPER TRAINING FOR 10 -15 days WILL BE PROVIDED, TRAINER WILL BE AN INDIAN AND HE WILL STAY AT YOUR CENTER UP TO YOUR SECOND BILLING. CENTER HAS TO ARRANGE FOR HIS TRAVELING& LODGING

4>PAYMENT WILL BE ROUTED TO CENTER THROUGH OUR GATEWAY, CENTER DOES NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE TAX.

5>TOLL FREE NUMBER WITH EXTENSION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED FROM OUR END. SERVER CONFIGURATION WILL BE DONE BY US, IBM SOFT PHONE WILL BE INSTALLED IN ALL WORKSTATIONS. TWO WORKSTATIONS SHOULD BE DEDICATED FOR QUALITY ANALYSTS AND SUPERVISOR.

6>FIRST BILLING IS AFTER 15 DAYS FROM LIVE DATE AFTER FIRST BILLING CENTER WILL BE PAID WEEKLY.

7>EASY INCENTIVES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE RATE OF 5% OF TOTAL PRODUCTIVITY. EVERY AGENT HAS TO GIVE TWO SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTIVITY IN TOTAL NUMBER OF CALLS RECEIVED TO QUALIFY FOR THE FIXED PAY CLAUSE. TOTAL NUMBER OF CALLS RECEIVED IN 8 HOURS OF SHIFT WILL BE AROUND 5 – 8 EACH DAY PER AGENT. WEEKLY CHARGE BACK ALLOWABLE LIMIT IS 15% OF WEEKLY PAYOUT, BEYOND THAT 50% OF THE TOTAL PAYOUT WILL BE IN RESERVE UNTIL THE CHARGE BACK ISSUE IF ANY IS RESOLVED WITH CUSTOMER. WE WILL PROVIDE COUPLE OF GATEWAYS TO COLLECT PAYMENT FROM CUSTOMER. AGENTS WHO DO NOT SUCCEED TO GIVE MINIMUM TWO PRODUCTIVITY IN 8 HOURS OF SHIFT WILL BE PAID AT $ 4 PER HOUR PER AGENT. BUT THIS SHOULD NOT BE A REGULAR PRACTICE OF THE AGENT, UNPRODUCTIVE AGENT WILL BE OUT OF THE SYSTEM AFTER REVIEW OF PERFORMANCE.

8>PROJECT CHARGES APPLICABLE 3.5 LAKHS INR PER 10 SEATS PAYABLE AFTER SIGN UP, CAN BE PAID AS 2.5 LACS AFTER SIGN UP AND 1 LACS CAN BE ADJUSTED FROM FIRST AND SECOND BILLING. POST DATED CHEQUE CAN BE ISSUED AS A SECURITY FOR THE FEES PAID. CENTER HAS TO RETURN THE PDC AFTER TWO SUCCESSFUL BILLINGS. PROJECT FEES IS REFUNDABLE IF ANY BILLING RELATED ISSUE FROM CLIENT END DUE TO FAULT FROM CLIENT END.

9>AUDIT, AGENT‘S SCREENING, TECHNICAL VERIFICATION, TOLL FREE & EXTENSION   CONFIGURATION WILL BE DONE BY OUR TECHNICAL TEAM & TRAINER. TRAINER WILL BE STAYING FROM THAT DAY, FROM NEXT DAY TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED CENTER WILL GO LIVE WITHIN 15 DAYS. AGENTS HAVE TO PASS A CERTIFICATION CONDUCTED BY TRAINER.

10>TRAINER & TECHNICAL TEAM CHARGE PAYABLE IS INR 25000/-, TRAINER WILL STAY AT CENTER LOCATION FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS AND SUPERVISE ALL ACTIVITIES.

11>INTERNET LEASED LINE OF MINIMUM 4 MBPS( up & down) IS MUST TO RUN THE PROCESS SMOOTHLY. CENTER WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO CENTRALIZED SERVER AND EXTENSION PHONES WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH WORKSTATION FROM OUR END FOR THE PROCESS. CENTER HAS TO ARRANGE FOR PLANTRONIC OR SIMILAR QUALITY HEADSET FOR EVERY WORKSTATION.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM DECEMBER 24th to JANUARY 3rd DUE TO CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS NO CALLS WILL BE GENERATED AND CENTER WILL NOT WORK FOR THOSE DAYS.

BILLING ARE AS FOLLOWS:-

FOR 5 SEAT:- 5*8=40*$8=$320 PER DAY

$320*5WORKING DAYS=$1600 PER WEEK

$1600*4=$6400*65 = 416000/- INR MONTLY FIXED (EXCLUDING INCENTIVES)

IT’S AN IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT HENCE ONLY EXPERIENCED CENTERS WITH READY INFRASTRUCTURE APPLY.
